    Level entry is off the driveway. Access to the Main floor is via solid Oak stairway from the 440 sq ft Family/Recreation room. A propane fireplace provides for individual temperature control in addition to it’s aesthetic beauty and value in the room.

The 4 piece bath features an electric wall heater for individual control in addition to the household forced air system.
